The Specifications of our UV Board: - Dimensions : 1220 x 2440(mm) or customiseddoor -Glue:E1,E2 E1: Average unser 1.5mg/L,i.e.uder 9mg per 100g. E2: Average unser 5mg/L,i.e.uder 30mg per 100g - Thickness : 9mm, 12mm, 15mm,16mm, 18mm, 25mm, -Face or back:UV high glossy (any color you need), -Core:MDF -Edge:sealed by aluminium alloy or PVC band -each board faced by plastic film to protect well surface. - material :veneers(cherry,oak,sapeli,walunut,poplar,pine)/popyester/MDF on the blockboard by our own machine FEATURE: 1) heat resisteance 2) moisture proof 3) scratch resistance 4) easy to clean 5) durable and colourful 6) healthiness & environment protection Packing:By 8standard exporting pallets(steel strip or PVC for strength,packing PB/ply or hard paper covering all sides,top and bottom) into 20 container for about 21.5CBM. Delivery:loading in 7-10 days or shorter by clients special request. Payment: 30% T/T in advance and 70% T/T balance after B/L copy or L/C at sight.
